Townsite Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Townsite website located at https://www.townsite.co (the "Site"), operated by Faith, Hope & Love Creative, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company located in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Townsite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Townsite

Townsite is a platform for the hosting and management of local business websites and offers professional website design services at no up-front cost. Through the Townsite Portal, users can submit website update requests, communicate with the Townsite team, and monitor the status and progress of those requests. Features and functionality may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using Townsite, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

If Townsite allows account creation:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

  • You retain ownership of your content.

  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Disclaimers

Townsite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith, Hope & Love Creative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faith, Hope & Love Creative, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Townsite Portal at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Townsite constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
